Case description

In this video we can see a malignant tumour arising from the retropharyngeal space. It caused laryngeal inlet obstruction and stridor, especially when the patient is laying down in supine position or during the sleep. The overlying posterior pharyngeal wall mucosa were intact. The appearance of vocal cords was normal and they move symmetrically upon phonation.
