Case description

Foreign body impaction is commonly suspected when a child has a symptoms of unilateral nasal discharge. Other effects include vestibule, philtrum, or supralabial skin excoriations. Video presents a child with right-sided nasal discharge without sore throat or upper airways infection. Foreign body (a tamarind seed) has been found after nasal cleaning (with suction). Laryngologist used a blunt hook instrument to remove the item without any complications. The antibiotic treatment was ordered with perfect result.
