Case description
Video presents an interesting case of lymphocytic hyphophysitis - an autoimmune disorder which can mimic a pituitary adenoma. Surgery is the only way to confirm the diagnosis. In this case, an extended transseptal endoscopic approach to the sella was used to remove secretions and an inflamed tissue.
