Adenocarcinoma Palate
Case description
Adenocarcinoma within the oral cavity is rare, and consequently the possibility that such a lesion is a secondary should always be considered. Both squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma in the region of the palate can produce a penetrant ulcer and fistula between the mouth and the paranasal cavities at an early stage. Adenocarcinoma created the palatal ulcer shown here
