Case description
A fistula tract has developed through the floor of the right frontal sinus at the site of a previous frontal sinus trephine performed for the treatment of a frontal sinus mucocele. The coronal CT scan shows a defect in the bony floor of the right frontal sinus from previous trephination. Note the both frontal sinuses are opacified.
