Case description

This is a view into the left middle meatus eight weeks after endoscopic sinus surgery on a disease agger nasi air cell that was causing recurrent frontal sinusitis. Note the viscous, non-purulent mucus in the frontal recess. On revisio, n remnants of an agger nasi cell were found still obstructing the frontal sinus ostium.
