Aural Polyp External Ear Canal
Case description
There is a large infected granulation tissue polyp filling the external auditory canal and arising from the skin of the ear canal. Note the purulent discharge surrounding the polyp. These granulation tissue polyps are very friable bleed easily when manipulated.
