Case description

In this figure, the left antral puncture (arrow) made by Coakley trocar is seen immediately after the procedure completed. The opening was made at the thinnest medial wall of maxillary antrum (within inferior meatus) during antral washout procedure and will naturally close within a week. S - nasal septum, IT - inferior turbinate, MT - middle turbinate.
