Case description

Cervical disc herniation occurs most frequently at the C6–C7 level, but it may also occur at C5–C6. Patients typically present with neck pain due to nerve root irritation, with pain radiating to the ipsilateral upper extremity. They may also complain of numbness, paresthesia, and weakness. Symptoms are often exacerbated by coughing, sneezing, or neck movements.
