Case description

Low back pain is a common condition, yet in 85% of cases, no definitive cause is identified. For most patients, the pain resolves within three months. However, in some patients, the pain is multifactorial or nonorganic, with various possible origins including the hip, buttocks, sacroiliac joint, or referred pain from other areas.
