Video of Ulnar Collateral Ligament (UCL) Reconstruction/ Tommy John Surgery of the Elbow. The movie contains graphic surgical images. The ulnar nerve and medial antebrachial cutaneous nerve require special protection. Laxity and looseness of ulnar collateral ligament was confirmed by stressing the elbow. The graft was obtained from palmaris tendon. The movie contains detailed description of steps taken during the surgery. Presented by E. Edward Khalfayan, MD.
