The purpose of this instructional video is to review a very interesting ankle case of a young athlete, a cheerleader. Placing a lot or repetitive movement pack load through the ankle eventually developed an instability with some osteofites and loose bodies in the ankle. AP and lateral x-rays, MRI scans are shown and explained by the doctor. Loose bodies and other pathologies are present in the scans. Doctor presents and comments every one of them. After a brief introduction, the author shows the whole ankle arthroscopy procedure. The viewer is taken step by step through the whole operation.
