Case description

The treatment of neovascular glaucoma by 80 years old patient with IOP 40 mm Hg. First the conjunctiva is everted from limbus, bleeding stopped, with the Fugo Blade 1 mm behind the limbus is created a groove, then a hole. For 3 minutes the Fugo Blade tip is incubated with 0,05% MMC. 600 micron Fugo Blade tip at the highest energy level makes transciliary filtration track. Interrupted suture is applied to sew conjunctiva back to the limbus. 40 micron steel was used in this case. It is sure-fire to prevent edge overflowing.
