Case description

The video displays the procedure of freeing a thin adherent bleb with a Fugo blade. The intraocular pressure is around 20 and rising. At first, the local anaesthetic is injected under the conjunctiva. Then the wall of the bubble is being breached repeatedly by a Fugo blade and next blunt scissors. The bleb is then filled with HEALON® and 2 canals leading to the anterior chamber are made. The remaining hole is closed with a single suture.
