Case description

Considering that there are 70 to 80 million glaucoma patients in the world, there ought to be a simple procedure, that provides nothing more than a small drainage channel to control eye pressure. Attempt is to do MTF and real peripheral iridectomy in one step. This is the first attempt. There are some difficulties that are yet to be overcome. It shall take much time to gain enough experience.
