Case description

A 13 year old patient of Coats disease, who had vitreo-retinal surgery done, including a silicone band had uncontrolled glaucoma. The conjunctiva around limbus was scarred 369 degrees. Thus no near-limbus surgery was possible. She was treated by reverse cyclodialysis going beyond the scarred area, followed by two filtration tracks made in to suprachoroidal space with 200 micron Fugo blade tips.
