Case description

Cases of trigeminal nerve neuralgia are mosty caused by compressing adjacent artery. In the surgery the artery is separated from the nerve and a teflon cushion is placed between the artery and nerve. This protects the nerve from artery pulsations. The procedure often solves the problem with the pain immediately.
