Case description
The follownig video shows an endoscopic endonasal procedure of pituitary adenoma. This patient had also the aneurysm. Firstly, the GDC was used to coil the aneurysm, next the extended transsphenoidal endoscopic surgery was managed. Fortunately, the tumor was fluently detached from the aneurysm and A2 birateral.
