Case description

Patient suffers from kyphosis and scoliosis of thoracic part of the vertebral column (both legs paralyzed) and neurofibromatosis. During surgery, which lasted 8 hours, the anomalous vertebrae was removed, the deformation was repaired and spinal cord was decompressed. In his legs patient regained nearly total strength and was able to walk on his own on his first follow up control.
