An 11-year old female complained of the lower back deformation. Because of the vertebral deformity she was suffering from the back pain and had walking difficulties. Erlier the girl was made a diagnosis of muccoplicaccharoidosis (MPS).The difficult and complex sugery was carried out with removal of abnomalous D12 and L1 discs, alignment of the spine and connection of the bones in a proper position. There wasn' t any complication after the surgery, spine flexure was fully corrected, pain relieved and movement got better.
