Case description

A three year old female, who complained of back deformation had MRI. which demonstrated large intramedullary lump. If not revealed early, this kind of tumors can lead to deprivation of bladder control as well as to paralysis. The surgical intervention in this case in extremely difficult and, if done badly, can even lead to spinal cord impairment. However in this case surgery went well and patient had no neurological deficiency.
