Case description

Retroseptal Transconjunctival approach could be a good choice in blow-out orbital floor treatment. Colorado needle at 15 should be used as per M. Grant technique; three or more single spots along the inferior orbital rim then joined by the incision. Careful should be taken not to damage the lacrimal points and sac. There's no need in suturing if a lateral canthotomy has not been performed. Authors: R. Rizzo, M. Maglione CMF Trieste - Italy.
