Case description
This video relate the case of a post menopausal 55 years old patient with suspicious right adnexal mass.
It was an 6 cm ORADS 4 isolated right ovarian tumor on the MRI exam with a ROMA score 49,9 ( less than29,9).
Our stategy was to do a laparoscopic approach for a first adenexectomy and a mass extraction by minilaparotomy.
The frozen section confirm the malignancy.
We have done after the result a complete treatment by laparoscopic approach.
