vNOTES Hysterectomy
Case description
Vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (NOTES) is a technique for minimally invasive gynecological surgery. In my video I demonstrated one step of vNOTE hysterectomy which is transection of the infundibulopelvic ligament after visual inspection of right ureter.I used a piece of gauze 10 by 10 cm to keep the bowel away from the target organ, as the patient had multiple co morbidity not allowed to put the operative table at 20° Trendelenburg position. Intra abdominal pressure kept 10 mm /hg.
