Case description

A patient was NG 32 years old with history of pain and abdominal swelling. Imaging was reported a large uterus with several mayomas included a 15.16 cm subserosal - intramural myoma. She underwent laparoscopic myomectomy. We inserted 4 ports and entry was performed at the subxiphoid with 12 mm trocar. Dissection of myoma was very difficult. Blood loss was about 200 mml .
