Case description

The video demonstrates an effective technique of repairing a bladder injury at the time of hysterectomy. The patient had severe adhesions of the bladder to uterus following an extensive abdominal myomectomy. The bladder injury was unavoidable and recognized immediately at the time of hysterectomy. A two layer closure is demonstrated using laparoscopic intracorporeal knot tying techniques. The patient had an uneventful recovery and is doing well.
