The patient had severe adhesions of the bladder to uterus following an extensive abdominal myomectomy. The bladder injury was unavoidable and recognized immediately at the time of hysterectomy. A two layer closure is demonstrated using laparoscopic intracorporeal knot tying techniques. The patient had an uneventful recovery and is doing well.
