This is the case of a 66 year old male patient that presented to consultation with a double complaint, a right inguinal hernia and a linea alba hernia both symptomatic. A CT-scan confirmed both, and showed another small midline hernia around the umbilicus. I had also removed his gallbladder a year earlier so i couldn't tell if the small hernia was incional or umbilical. I opted for this solution of a double-TAP to treat the hernias. Duration 2h15. Ambulatory setting. Post-op course uneventful.
