Case description

We present the case of a 67 year old male patient who had sigmoid cancer with a colo-vesical fistula, and underwent chemotherapy pre-operatively. The operation we present is a left colectomy (part not shown in video) with en-block resection of the invaded small bowel and the bladder wall. The result was R0 on final pathology. A JJ was placed on left pre-operatively and on the right side per-operatively as shown. In the left ureter we also injected indocyanine green diluted with distilled water. Intra-operatively IV ICG was injected to asses vascularisation of small bowel and colon. Post-operative course was uneventful with discharge at day 3. The patient is doing well 3 months later however her still has urinary urgency.
