Laparoscopic Parastomal Hernia Repair
Case description
68 yrs old patient who underwent Miles rectal amputation for cancer with left terminal colostomy. Patient reported pain in the hernia site and evacuation difficulties. The use of the (*brand hidden*) prosthesis is functional for the repair of parastomal hernias in terms of surgical technique with the consequent evaluation of remote results. The use of GLUBRAN 2 GLUTACK glue reduces the use of Tacks for fixing the prosthesis and reduces postoperative pain without modifying the long-term results in terms of recurrence.
