Case description

Surgical video case: 43 yr old male underwent emergency laparotomy with sigmoidectomy and colorectal anastomosis. Developed anastomotic site structure after 2 months. Colonoscopic dilatation failed. Evaluated by us and acute obstruction was relieved by colonoscopy and balloon dilatation followed by laparoscopic resection of structure. Surgery performed by Prof. P.K.Reddy.
