Case description
Video case: accessory right hepatic arteries arise from the superior mesenteric artery and run in the portacaval space to supply a portion of the right lobe of the liver. This abnormality is present in 1% to 7% of patients. Accessory and replaced right hepatic arteries rarely have side branches adequate for cannulation.
