Petersen Space Closure by Cross Running Suture During RYGB

Case description
This video describes a variant of the Petersen space closure, by cross running suture. I use this techique to prevent a partially opening of the space later and the apparition of an internal hernia, which can be very dangerous by a small opening. I think that this technique is more safe than simple running suture or purse-string, but I have no data to prove for the moment. For the long meso, the running suture will avoid any tension on the gastro-jejunal anastomosis compared to the purse-string.
