Case description

The video shows the laparoscopic placement of the T-tube in the patient with Mirizzi syndrome type IV and a common bile duct fistula. Previously, endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography (ERCP) was performed to insert a prosthesis and remove stones from the bile duct. The second step is cholecystectomy in the OR (the current video). After the stone is removed, the biliary prosthesis is seen, which is removed and laparoscopically replaced with a T-tube.
