Case description
This video deals with the placement of a laparoscopic T-tube in a patient with Mirizzi Scendes syndrome type IV, a cholecystocholedocian fistula, previously underwent endoscopic retrograde cholangiography for prosthesis placement and removal of stones in the bile duct, in a the second stage is taken to the operating room for cholecystectomy. After removing the stone, a biliary prosthesis is observed, which is extracted and laparoscopically placed T-tube. (current video)
