Case description
In this video, a 32-year-old male patient is exposed with a stab wound in the left zone 2 neck, which crosses the midline, CT-Scan is performed without vascular lesions, with right pneumothorax, contrast medium swallow esophageal without esophageal injury, it was decided to go to the operating room for removal of the knife under direct vision. Pleural tube removal on day 2, discharge on day 3.
