Case description

Common cause of esophageal perforation is iatrogenic due to endoscopic interventions. Tough rare but esophageal perforation due to bougie in bariatric procedure is one of the common cause. We encountered a bougie esophageal perforation during gastrectomy and which was managed intraoperatively.
