19 years, female presented with history of abdominal pain for 10 days, passage of loose stools – initially > 10 episodes / day associated with nausea and 2-3 episodes of vomiting. CT Abdomen was suggestive of Ileo-ileal intussusception with 25x17 mm intramural lipoma in the proximal ileum. Patient underwent laparoscopic ileo-ileal intussusception reduction and resection of ileal lipoma.
