Case description
24 years, male presented with bleeding per rectum off and on for the last 2 years. He was diagnosed with Multiple Colonic Polyps 2 years ago but had opted out of surgery that time. His twin brother was diagnosed with multiple colonic polyps and had underwent Laparoscopic Total Proctocolectomy with IPAA 2 years back. Now the patient was investigated and underwent Laparoscopic Total Proctocolectomy with Ileal Pouch Anal Anastomosis (IPAA).
