Case description
57 years Female presented with severe left lower abdominal pain for 3 days and fever with past history of recurrent abdominal pain for which she was hospitalized 3 times. On investigation she was diagnosed with sigmoid diverticulitis. As conservative management didn't show any improvement, she was planned for Laparoscopic Sigmoid Colectomy - Sparing IMA.
