Case description
42 years, female presented with acute right iliac fossa pain along with fever and vomiting. On evaluation CT scan abdomen showed thickening of the caecum with adjacent fat and omental stranding. On laparoscopy it was found to be solitary true caecal diverticulum. This video depicts feasibility of Laparoscopic stapled diverticulectomy for solitary caecal diverticulum.
