A 56 year old diabetic female presented with abdominal lump and pain for 8 months. Patient was thoroughly evaluated including CECT abdomen and tumour markers. Clinicaldiagnosis of benign cystic tumor of the pancreas was made following which, patient was subjected to laparoscopic subtotal pancreatectomy.
