Case description

A case for a patient known to have Diabetes Mellitus (D.M), and dyslipidemia. He is present with a chronic diarrhea. Labs show positive fecal calprotectin. Colonoscopy is done. A single moderate sized Ileal Polyp is seen deep in the terminal Ileum on top of milld ileiitis.
