It has been well know that gastric fornix and greater curve of gastric body is difficult location for ESD because of less inflation, pooling water or no counter traction. This video is very useful to remove the lesion on the greater curve of fornix by ESD with small tip. After complete mucosal incision, in order to make triangulation, ESD was achieved under good counter traction using thread (dental floss) with metallic clip.
