This video shows all the steps for a clean biomimetic cementation of an inlay restoration under perfect rubber Dam isolation (tooth #5 MOD). Both teeth were ceramic inlays but I would normally do a filling for #4. This was for my assistant and she really wanted a ceramic inlay for both. This is biomimetic restorative dentistry of the highest quality.
