From The Mitral Valve Repair Reference Center at The Mount Sinai Hospital, Dr. David H. Adams presents the case of a 73 year old man with a history of mitral valve prolapse that has progressed from moderate to severe degree of insufficiency. He was referred for elective surgical intervention.
