Case description

A 50-year-old woman was admitted electively for laparoscopic conversion of sleeve gastrectomy to Roux en Y gastric bypass and hiatal hernia repair. In the background - OSA, obesity. The past medical history includes a laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy sleeve 8 years ago - she weighed 95 kg before, lost 28 kg, and now has gained it back with BMI of 40. A 3 years after the sleeve gastrectomy she underwent a two surgeries to repair a POVH, the first was an elective repair with symbotex mesh and the other one (urgent with intestinal obstruction) without strangulation and without intestinal resection).
