MD, specialist in internal medicine, gastroenterologist in the Department of Gastroenterology and Internal Diseases of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. He gained professional experience at Blackburn Royal Infirmary Hospital (United Kingdom), University of Pennsylvania (USA) and University of New South Wales (Australia). Chairman of the Association of West Pomeranian Division of the Polish Society of Gastroenterology, co-founder of the Polish Society of Regenerative Medicine and member of, among others, European Organization for Forestry and Crohn.
