Dr. Gustavo Adolfo Durán Hernández, specialist in Urology, certified by the Mexican National Council of Urology and who, interested in the health and well-being of his patients, has High Specialty studies in Medicine. He studied the academic program of High Specialty in Medicine in Endoscopic and Robotic Surgery in Urology at the General Hospital of Mexico “Dr. Eduardo Liceaga”. During his years of academic training, he also carried out a training stay abroad in Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery at the Department of Urology of the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, in the United States, under the guidance of great masters of international stature. In addition, he has completed multiple refresher courses in the treatment of minimally invasive prostate growth with prostate laser technology (HoLEP, Green Light, UroLift, Bipolar). He is an expert in Endourology, performing percutaneous access (Perc and miniPerc) for the removal of large kidney stones. He was a physician assigned to the High Specialty Naval Hospital, the only hospital in Mexico with the DaVinci Xi Robotic Surgery System. He treats all cancers that affect the urinary tract, with procedures encompassed in minimally invasive Urology.
