Case description

The following material presents a retroperitoneoscopic dismembered pyeloplasty for ureteropelvic junction obstruction. Retroperitoneal laparoscopic pyeloplasty is a feasible and effective alternative to open pyeloplasty with a relatively minimal complication rate. However, the retroperitoneoscopic approach is associated with significant difficulties, especially when started this technique. This film is focused on the most difficult part of retroperitoneoscopic pyeloplasty.
