In this video we show an anatomic segmentectomy of lingula and posterior segment of the left upper lobe together in a patient with 2 small malignant lesions located in LUL. The surgery was performed through a single 3 cm incision on the 4th intercostal space.
The postoperative course of the patient was excellent.
